On a numerical example is shown, that the occurrence of sagging results in change of character of fluctuations and, at the end, to non-uniform deforming of a lock (or wire) on its length. The mathematical model allowing to calculate of frequency of own fluctuations of system of having coils rope-twisted machine and amplitude of compelled fluctuations with the subsequent estimation of change of a dynamic tension wire and locks is developed. Is shown, that in case of identical coils (at equality of their geometrical and physical parameters) the frequencies of own fluctuations, except for one, are identical; the formulas for their definition are received. On a numerical example is shown, that the occurrence of sagging results in change of character of fluctuations and, at the end, to non-uniform to deformingf a lock (or wire) on its length. The efficiency of application passive extinguishingtwisted of fluctuations of coils is theoretically confirmed. The results of modeling of dynamic behaviour of the coil with extinguishing show, that with useextinguishing it is possible completely to remove the compelled fluctuations of the coils caused by geometrical errors of its(her) manufacturing. On the basis of the classical theory of analytical designing of a regulator the mathematical model of active (controlled) clearing twisted of fluctuations of the coil is developed and is offered extinguishing twisted of fluctuations, the efficiency of which use is confirmed on numerical examples. Is shown, that the application controlled extinguishing results in elimination twisted of fluctuations of the coil for a small enough interval of time. The theoretical researches confirm an opportunity of application extinguishing of fluctuations at designing devices of rewind wire and locks in rope manufacture.
