M., Registration Date 11-03-2004 Organization Kharkov National Universitet of Radioelectronics. popup.description2 The work is devoted to the solution of problems of an electrochemical luminescence (ECL) phenomenon usage as an analysis principle for information obtaining from liquid objects with components of biomedical meaning. The existing luminescent methods and means for liquids components measurement which are used in biomedicine as well as the role of histamine in metabolism and the modern state of a problem of histamine definition are surveyed; the absence of methods and devices development for histamine definition with the help of ECL principle is shown. Physical and mathematical models of processes in an analytical system placed in an opto-chemotronics sensor with a reactant for histamine definition are justified. For the first time ob-tained results of mathematical simulation with usage of processes quantum-mechanical model have allowed to define microscopic characteristics of an analyte-reactant system and to ground the choice of electrochemiluminescer reactants for biomedical analytical tasks. The demands to such reactants are formulated permitting to realize a targeted choice of reactant to a given component of bioliquid. Based upon the ECL analysis principle the method of ECL definition, with the help of reactant, of histamine as a component of biological objects which does not posses its own luminescence. The new construction of a biomedical transmitter - optochemotronics sensor - for bioliquids analysis with usage of the Langmuir-Blodgett technique is offered. The concepts of the ECL device development for measurement of components for biomedical tasks (on an example of histamine) on a base of offered ECL method and optochemotronics sensor are formulated. The new ECL technique of histamine measurement in a model system with anthracene as the reactant with the help of developed analysis method is proposed.
