Is proved a meaning of BM indexes for health monitoring (М). Shown, that the levels of HM and OCP carrying (C) up to now are considerable, and the patients with urological, gynecological and oncodiseases have a tendency to more high C levels of investigated xenobiotics (X), that healthy, and differ by ratio of OCP and their metabolites levels. Owing to contamination BM of breast milk daily X intake into the child's body often exceeds permissible, the most high levels C in women with pathological delivery, whith spontaneous pregnancy derangements in the past, and whith birth of children with the least body mass. Is shown a necessity of BM, especially among risk contingents (children, pregnant women, etc.) for study of connection human health with environmental pollution. This confirmed by scrining of OCP andHM contamination of environment and food products. Because of researches in professional contingents proved the expediency of complex use of biotests (blood, urine, hairs) in cases of Mn, Hg, Cd and Pb intoxication. Maximum levels of lead E and C are in welders, glass blowers and radio reviewers. The dynamic supervisions in last 10 years testify tendencies to lowering of HM accumulation in working. By gas-electrowelders and workers of ferroalloy production is revealed correlation between Mn and Pb content in urine, and also in blood, Mn and Fe in urine. Is proved expediency of BM of new pesticides (P), which pass state trials in Ukraine. Shown efficiency of nonivasive tests (saliva, separated nose mucous) for the revealing of E to small doses of P and health risk for agricultural workers.
