Research objective - determine efficiency criteria for organizational and structural reforms in the corporate sector, justify the consequences of such reforms for economic agents as regards their financial sanitation and investment attractively, improve the organization and economic mechanism to regulate investment activities by bringing the state's investment, corporate and other policies into agreement with the objective content of socio-economic processes. Research methods - the scientists used such a fundamental principle of cognition as revealing of internal contradictions characteristic of the system of corporate relations. Also were used: a) structural-and-functional method; b) method of scientific abstraction; c) logic-and-legal method; and method of comparative analysis. The researcher investigated - the present condition and development trends of the corporate sector as regards organizational and structural reforms and concluded that, as a rule, such reforms are implemented in virtual corporations set up on the basis of modern information technologies and ideology of purpose-oriented project management. It is proved that synergetics of such reforms at micro-level is accumulated into an active macro-economic factor of investments. The researchers also investigated contents and structure of investments in fixed capital, revealed the principal tendencies of their changes, gave their qualitative and quantitative assessment, made a conclusion of the unsatisfactory condition of relationship between own and outside funding sources of production development (2/3:1/3) and necessity to change it for the reverse (1/3:2/3). The scientists developed various draft laws and normative legal acts directed to ensure efficiency of state regulation of corresponding spheres of investment activities and stock market. Introduction: The research results were reflectedin a series of scientific papers and analytical materials submitted to the President Administration, Cabinet of Ministers, Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
