Moreover, the trust-distrust levels to the sociological institutions weremeasured. Furthemore, comprehensive exploration of the feedback among citizens and political power, and the role of the public opinion in the further democratization of the Ukrainian society were given. The processes of educational polarizayion and the transformation of education into factor of strengthening of social inequality were empirically proved.
