In patients with ishemic heart disease (IHD) and MS there was a relationship between ACE activity and left ventricle hypertrophy, myocardial contractility and cardiohemodynamic parameters. The close correlation between serum cholesterol and low density lipids cholesterol levels and ACE activity was revealed in the main group and group of comparison. Body mass index correlated with serum ACE activity in the main group with risk factors of IHD probably due to activation of sympathetic nervous system and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system in excessive bogy mass and obesity. The relationship between ACE activity and degree of blood pressure elevation, daily blood pressure profile, a degree of left ventrickle hypertrophy, disturbances of carbohydrate exchange and functional class of stable angina pectoris was specific for patients with MS. ACE activity is decreased in situations with lohg-term hypertensive anamnesis in patients with MS. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
