The experiment was done on 72 rats of Vister line. The peculiarity is of carbohydrat-phosphorical exchange, detoxication processes and lipid peroxidation have been studied. Was made a conclusion, that in patients with ON the disorders of carbo-hydrat-phosphorical exchange and decrease of energetical potency of oxydative-recovery processes present, also the intensity of detoxicative processes have been decreased. In patients with OU in the result of membrane destabilisation the level of oxalic acid was increased and hyperoxaluric conditions could arise. In patients with male SI was investigated experimentally and clinically the presence of oxidative stress as one of the leading chains of male secondary infertility pathogenesis.
