The positive effects were shown from application of synthetic analogues of endogenous neuropeptides for treatment of the indicated contingent of patients. Clinical advantages of the method offered by authors are proved. The neuropeptides administration influences positively on the dynamics of changes of hormonal status indexes. On the basis of the obtained results a new, pathogenetically grounded method of treatment of patients with acute surgical pathology is developed. Using of the method performed out allowed to shorten the duration of stay of patients in surgical departments, reduce price of treatment in 2,5 times due to diminishment of amount of the applied compounds and to decrease the number of services.
