Research methods - clinikal, EKG, sciagraphy of organs of thorax, Holter monitoring, EHOKG, CHPEKS. The problem of cardiac arrhythmia is interlinked with the questions of early diagnostics, prophylaxis and prognostication of risk of development of the of sudden death syndrom, which are the basic mechanism of development of sudden cardiac death. Early diagnostics of cardiac arrhythmia of heart matters very much, because will allow to select risk groups on the early stages of disease, to define the plan of clinika-instrumental researches and develop preventive measures. On the basis of data the literatures, and also own clinical supervisionsof a 81 child in age from 1 to 14 years which were found on medical treatment in the separation of child's cardiac surgery of Institute of urgent and restoration surgery the name of V.K.
