This method permits to prolong to a considerable extent the viability and functioning of Langergance islets grafts in patients organisms.That was achieved by introducing to tissue culture of Langergance islets the culture of adrenal glands and Sertoli cells. Corticocytes synthesized the glucocorticoides that decreased manifestations of acute rejection but presence of Sertoli cells supressed the immune reactions by elimination of specific clones of activating lymphocytes.
