The purpose of work: the development of a conceptual sample piece and algorithm of an imitating modal of interaction of the subjects of sphere of manufacture and consumption metal production in Ukraine on ways of development and introduction of innovation technologies, which bases on a qualitative analysis of structure of generalized system "the producer - metal production - consumer", generalized functions of the producers, assaying of linkages and set of the factors of influence. Methods of explorations: methods of quality systems analysis, including relationship of cause and effect (kauzalny method), method of a focalizing, method of structuring and verbal description of results of explorations. The functions of the subjects are spotted, the qualitative analysis of structure of their interaction in system "the producer - metal production - consumer", Is lead the major factors of influence on their modern activity are explored. Thus the views utilised, the references and прогнозные of an estimate of the leading experts, principals of a state level, branch ministries, departments and operations, of manufacture industrial metal production are submitted.
