Object of research - free economic zones, territories of priority development. The purpose - to fulfil methodical bases of improvement of an estimation and to lead the analysis of results of activity FEZ and ТPD in Ukraine for the period 2000-2003 years. Methodical materials are prepared, is systematized the information and the analysis of functioning in Ukraine projekt FEZ and ТPD in a cut multi- and a megaproject is carried out. Macroeconomic parameters and influence of megaproject FEZ and ТPD on development of economy of Ukraine are generalized.
