Purpose: optimization of medical irradiation of Ukrainian population by means of determining the approaches to creation of the system of quality provision in radiation diagnosis and radiation therapy. Methods of the research: methods of invasion, scintillation, thermoluminescent disimmunity, and statistical analysis. Equipment: clinical dosimeters, TLD complex (unit with dosimeters). Results and their novelty: for the first time, a principle of direct determining of individual level of irradiation of the patients at the most common studies was worked out, the suggested technique for dosimetry measurement within the model of the dosimetry quality system in radiation diagnosis and radiation therapy was tested, the groups of medical personnel control at individual dosimetry control were optimized, the instruction about individual dosimetry control of the medical personnel was introduced. The projects of the documents about the system of dosimetry quality in radiation diagnosis and radiation therapy, account and control of individual doses of patients and personnel exposure at medical procedures were worked out.
