Models of primary superficial and recurrent herpetic keratitis (Patents of Ukraine №№ 25575 And, 44201 А) are developed. Advantage lamellar in compare with penetrating keratoplasty is proved at experimental stromal herpetic keratitis. Value of a hemodinamic condition in development of herpetic keratitis is shown. The suggested way of treatment of progressing corneal ectasis - no perforated sinusectomy- promotes decrease in a level of intraocular pressure and, accordingly, the termination of a corneal stretching - to progressing corneal ectasis (the positive decision under the application for the patent № 20040504005).
