The newest technologies and methods for hydrogen consisting and hydrogen producing materials have been worked up. Theoretical and experimental researches of hydrogen sorbing, thermodynamic, electron, optical, electrocyemical properties of materials are carried out. On the basis of the received results the scientific principles of new technologies and methods of reception of extremely disordered hydrogen producing materials and formation of their effective properties are developed.
