Ther were proposed the prenatal cryteria of diagnosis of chromosomal diseases in the 1-st and 2-nd trimester of pregnancy including Down, Edwards, Turner, Patau syndromes. There were discussed the peculiarity and prevalence of congenital heart anomalies among the fetuses with chromosomal disease.The comparison of various invasive methods of prenatal diagnosis indicated as the most safe amniocentesis and as the most informative cordocentesis. Ther were underlined the high evaluation 97,9 % of direct and non-direct cytogenetics methods of obtaining the results after the chorion or placental biopsy and cordocentesis.
