The algorithm of definition of a vascular state is realized on the basis of fussy-logic, which permits to make complex diagnosing vascular systems. Is carried out metrology analysis of optic-electronic information - measuring system for analyses of parameters of vascular microcirculation. Is formulated the requirements and the examples of practical realization information measurement systems analyses integral hemodynamic microcirculation are given. The methods of increase of the technique-operational characteristics of the developed optic-electronic information measurement systems are investigated by application optic-electronic sensor controls of registration of photopletismograph data. The structure and algorithms of processor timer function by diagnose of vessel systems state is elaborated. The scheme-technical and constructive decision of optoelectronic devices realization for biomedical information registration, processing and indication have been suggested.
