The purpose of work is to receive the theoretical propositions, which give the possibility to work out high qualitative, efficient and economical technological processes for assembly and disassembly of machine and mechanism units, using the thermal effect. This thermal effect is being realized through high reliable equipment of module construction, that gives the foundation for the creation of monitoring and control system by the quality process with a low level of defect presence. On the basis of scientifically-grounded calculation methods it has been created specialized systems scheme of induction heaters; the pattern of quality on the basis of non-dimensional criteria; the pattern of reliability of heating equipment; the classifiers of interference bit joints components and induction heaters.
