Development of the system of integral statistical indicators with the help of which it is possible to conduct complex evaluation and comparison of economic growth (state) in regions of any level is main objective of the research. The application of this methodological recommendations let us to conduct complex evaluation of economic growth (state) in regions in comparison with economic state in another regions. Appropriate complex evaluations will be used for model construction for distribution and redistribution of budget and other resources between regions, introduction of different kinds of protective measures. There were used such methods of investigation as statistical analysis on the basis of indicators of statistical reporting, system analysis for the creation of complex evaluation. For the analysis of social and economic state of the country it is necessary to have in availability sufficient quantity of statistical data, presented in the second part of the report.5635
