During the period of investigation the total invalid level was found to increase among urban citizens 2,2 times and that of in rural citizens 1,8 time mainly because of the primary invalid level increase. In the primary disability structure the greatest specific weight is consistent with the third invalid group (75%). The quota of I-II group invalids is 3,7% and 21,9% respectively. Rehabilitation programs for patients and invalids wits above mentioned pathology were elaborated, the estimation of efficacy according the treatment was given. Taking into account the results of conducted investigations improved criteria performing medicosocial examination for patients with degenerative diseases of the spinal column with the detection of vital activity restriction degree and rehabilitation potential were offered.
