This Conception substantiates necessity of development of "State purpose-oriented program of safe disposal ensuring of decommissioned high level ionizing radiation sources" and defines an optimum variant of the solution of this problem. On the basis of the Conception will be developed the Program of creation in Ukraine of an infrastructure for treatment with high level ionizing radiation sources and for realization of measures on safe withdrawal, transportation and conditioning of high level ionizing radiation sources up to a state of completely controlled, certificated radioactive waste (RAW).
