The SNT involves 7 telescopes from several Ukrainian, Bulgarian and Greek observatories. Objects of research are optical oscillations in flashes of dwarf stars, high-frequency random variability in cataclysmic variable stars such as Volf-Rayet stars and non-equilibrium statistician of photons in sources with deviations from thermodynamic equilibrium. Hardware and software facilities for timing and synchronization of SNT were developed. Photometric observations of the abovementioned and other objects obtained during 11 international observational campagnes were analysed using methods of statistical photometry. The following events were detected: 1) short-time variations of brightness of the star EV Lac and AGN; 2) motion of photometric images of stars; 2) time variations in color of flares on EV Lac .
