According to the results of subfractional blood content study new sensitive methods for the determination of unstable atherosclerotic plaque and early diagnosis of myocardial infarction and its prognosis were suggested. Effectiveness of a new method of treatment and rehabilitation with the use of ozone therapy for myocardial infarction patients was proved. Features of unstable angina pathogenesis were studied in patients with the history of exposure to ionizating radiation. The obtained results were used for the new method of prognosis of the disease course. Pathogenesis of arterial blood hypertension in patients with sleep apnoea was studied.
