The concern to these films is conditioned by their high hardness and wear resistance, and also capability of preservation of stability of physical-mechanical properties at heats. The film coatings are obtained by reactive and non-reactive HF-magnetron sputtering from the cintered powder targets at different modes of a sputtering on substrates NaCl, Si (111), glass and steel substrates. Structure and phase structure of the obtained films were investigated by methods of a electron microscope (JEM-200) and by X-ray diffraction. The physical-mechanical properties of film coatings were measured on a normal equipment and nanoindentation by Nano Indenter II (Kiev). Influencing modes of a sputtering and such as a substrate on frame, phase structure and physical-mechanical properties of the obtained film coatings wasinvestigated.
