The purpose: to define mechanism of functional and structural reorganization of central and cerebral hemodynamics in patients with cerebral АVМ and to develop on their basis the recommendations aimed on forecasting, optimization, increase of efficiency of endovascular treatment. Methods: the analysis of the neurologic status, cerebral angiography, computer tomography, one photon emission computer tomography, a magnetic resonance tomography, an echo Doppler cardiography, daily monitoring of arterial pressure and bioelectric activity of heart, ultrasonic investigation of cerebral vessels. Results: Mechanism of functional and structural reorganization of central and cerebral hemodynamics in patients with АVМ is established, mechanisms of vital ability of an organism are determined in this pathology. The algorithm of patients with АVМ conductance and forecasting of disease course is developed in view of clinical manifestation and features of cardio-cerebral interrelations which is directed to increase of efficiency of endovascular treatment of such patients.
