For the solution on creation of the scientific fundamentals of technological systems the integrated solutions were used on the further improvement of high-performance techniques and equipment for a building-up deposition of creeper by welding, thermo-impulse clearing for decreasing a roughness of part surfaces, punching by transmitting mediums, articles production by processing of waste of a machining by impulse blow of a rigid body. Theoretical basics of such processes are the analytical methods including numerical ones, singularities of the theory of elasto-plastic and plastic deformation of metals and algorithms of problem solvings enables a capability to integrate them in applications of modern computer based systems, adapted to article manufacture. Use of physico-mathematical model for research of processes thermo-impulse clearing of parts is priority, since for definition of optimum parameters of operational mode of the equipment it is necessary to take into account factors concerned with the heat, flow turbulence, detonation, and also design and technological singularities of multiproduct manufacture. The application of a natural experiment for examination of models of control on cumulative action of loading on a workpiece by hydraulic impulses requires use of classical experimental and theoretical methods, which allow preceding the algorithm of definition of main power-kinematic parameters of shaping. For the process of argon-arc deposition of a creeper by the welding selected stepwise simulation of process taking into account phase transition and mixing of molten metal. As a result of the research upgraded a line of continuous billet casting on MMP (city of Rybninca, Pridnestrovye). The considerable growth of casting speed due to us an impulse preforms cutoff allowed to cast whole the smelt steel on one six-grooves machine instead of two. Samples of equipment (MIR) works on MCBC of Moldavian (city of Rybninca) and Liepayan (city of Liepaya, Latvia) metallurgical plants, and also on a factory "Сибэлектросталь", Krasnoyarsk, Russia. The outcomes of researches on processing of machining wastes allowed to optimize a work cycle with the purpose of a heightening of productivity on a site of waste chips briquetting ("ТППТ" ltd, city of Dnepropetrovsk), and also to begin modernizing the МИБ-500 machine at the NKMP enterprise, city of Kramatorsk. The prospecting work on design an equipment of low steel intensity for a sheet-metal forming by transmitting mediums on KSAME (city of Kharkov) and Simferopol gas-cylinder factory (city of Simferopol) are successfully carried out. In the field of finishing-and-skinning techniques the Т15 machine on SE "ХМЗ ФЭД"(city of Kharkov) is upgraded, and the spectrum of workpiecesis extended. The pre-production model for a dosated deposition of creeper is manufactured.
