Were investigated and analysed time, power, polarizing, peak, frequency, spatial and statistical characteristics of handicapes and the probability of their application is investigated. Multipleparameter models of the combined handicap and signal-noise conditions are synthesized. Creation of multipleparameter model signal-noise conditions will allow to investigate efficiency existing and to develop new algorithms of detection of the purposes on a background any noise conditions with the purpose of increase radar noise immunity, to develop the appropriate techniques of tests and recommendations for introduction in manufacture in State design office "Iskra", on State електромашиностроительном a factory "Iskra" and at state enterprise "Radioprylad".
