The method has been developed for the control of SPF status of incubation chicken SPF eggs on the basis of serologic monitoring by means of examination in ELISA of SPF-egg yolks for the absence of specific antibodies to causative agents of the main virus and mycoplasma infections in chickens. Method of the control of SPF-chick embryos and vaccine "Newcastlevac La-Sota" freedom from Mycoplasma gallisepticum and Mycoplasma sinoviae contamination by means of PCR has been developed. Method of the control vaccine from foreign viruses contamination has been developed. Commision treals of 5 experimental and production batces of virus vaccine "Newcastlevac La-Sota" have been successfully conducted. Innocuity and immunogenicity of the vaccine have been studied when using various methodsof vaccination. Technical norms and standards documents for virus vaccine "Newcastlevac La-Sota" have been worked out and approved. The tecnology of manufacture and control of virus vaccine "Newcastlevac La-Sota" has been introduced into production at Bio-Test-Laboratory and IVM UAAS.
