Malaya of Ukrainian Academy of Medical Sciences" popup.description2 It was established that take place disturbing of balance between secretion and capture of interleukin 1В by monocytes and kidney's cells in hyperglycaemic conditions, that testifies to infringements of adaptive regulative mechanisms at diabetic nephropathy. The application of complex treatment with use of angiothensine II receptor's antagonists (АRА) results in decrease of interleukin 1В concentration in blood plasma of the patients with diabetic nephropathy, that can indicates their significant nephroprotection effect. Nephrotoxic action of lipoperoxidation products, which are formed at the patients with diabetic nephropathy, results to infringements of interkidneys hemodynamics, proliferation of smooth mussel cells of vessels. Are ascertained the antioxidant property this combination at treatment by atorvastatine and trimetazidine. The adding of statines is expedient for patients with diabetic nephropathy in conditions of long treatment. The using of combination of drugs which are inhibitors of angiothensine converted enzyme and АRА, positively influences on all parts of local (tissues) and circulating renin - angiothensine system activity. It follows from authentic activity reduction of nontrypsine like proteinase - chymase at these patients. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
