Malaya of Ukrainian Academy of Medical Sciences" popup.description2 The 120 patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) (NYHA I-IV) with different trophologic state (TS) were examined. Results. The discriminate models of different TS were constructed. Determined, the patients with reduced parameters TS have a systolic dysfunction of left ventricular, higher functional class (NYHA) of the disease, oldest age and poor prognosis. The activation of the ways of an apoptosis, highest activity of sympathetic division of autonomic nervous system lead to reduction of TS. The patients with high parameters of TS have mature age, diastolic dysfunction of the myocardium and good prognosis. The selective lipophylic beta1-adrenoblocker such as bisoprolol is better for the patients CHF with reduced parameters TS. The carvedilol is better for the patients CHF with high parameters of TS.
