The developed method is the improved method of the "pits". The main feature of the method is the sampling from the mass of crushed stone base the crushed stone sample with the density of similar grading, which is compacted in containers. In comparison to the existing devices the developed equipment is of the smaller size and its method allows to determine the crushed stone base density more effectively and more precise. The scope is the construction, reconstruction and repair of the motor roads.
