Preparations of extracellular lectins have been obtained from the cultural medium of bacillus saprophitic strains. Three heterocyclic compounds were synthesed. Molecular complexes of bacterial lectins with bis-adducts were produced. It was shown that toxicity of these complexes decreased and the antitumoral effect on the Lymphosarcoma Plissa, the Sarcoma 45 and Carcinosarcoma Yoker 256 in creased.
