It is shown, that hydrological and hydrochemical factors form the heteroheneous environment, in which locally or prolongationally in space and time the discrete communities exist. Their characteristic signs display on the background of general long-term continuum of abiotic and biotic components of reservoir ecosystem. It is established, that qualitative and quantitative parameters of biotic components composition, structure and development, and indexes of Sorensen and Jaccard too, can serve the criterial base for the estimation of their distribution character.
