The two-year looking after patients, conducted by us, witnessed that 91% of patients of experimental group, who received the rIFN, were in the state of remission, while in the control group only 66% of them were in state of remission, and one patient died. Looking after these groups of patients continues. Generalization of research results of TGF-beta activity level dynamics in the blood serum of all treated BC patients testifies the correlation between direction of changes of TGF-beta activity in the blood serum of considerable part of the analyzed patients and nature of disease motion after the conducted treatment. The trustworthy lowering of proliferative activity of tumor cells was in the group of patients with BC, who were treated with rIFNas a part of complex therapy. It was confirmed by the lowering of of PCNA antigen level of expression and proliferation index. The obtained data testify the expedience of inclusion of rIFN in the complex charts of treatment of patients with BC, and also possibility of utilizing monitoring of level of explored cytokines and specific cellular markers for diagnostics, prognosis of disease motion estimation of efficiency of anti-cancer therapy.
