At the selection of samples for virus disease eradication technique and at the control of the meristem-derived clone's methods such as ELISA, electronmicroskopy and indicatory plants were used. Complex technology consists of such main parts: thorough selection and control of the parent plants for treatment, plant-cutting chemotherapy, meristem-tip regeneration, close control and multiplication of the meristem-derived clones. All of disease-free meristem lines are tested and selected for varietal uniformity, quality, yield. In our treals the efficiency of virus eradication was depended by pathogen composition in the parent plants and peculiarity of potato cultivars.
