The investigation carried on proved that applying the microbe preparation chetomic in soil film rolls promoted significant grown and development of potatoes planted from test-tubes. The best and the most economical way of using the preparation was treating the root system with its aqueous suspension. Increasing growth of potato plants in vitro is greatly influenced by culture filtrates of the fungus C. cochliodes 3250 put into nutrient medium in quantity of 10-100 ml.
