Kiev) have revealed most favourable medical and social racial risk factors, which are influences on the state of reproductive health at healthy women of fertile age. They are following groups of risk factors: social-economic factors, the state of microbiocenosis of urogenital organs and immunity; psychoemotional women's adaptation, particularly of sexual health and neuroendocrine mechanisms, regulation of reproductive system at women. In the result of investigation were determined that the most influence on the state of reproductive health of healthy women had the conditions of work, connecting with job in night time 43 %, conditional pathogenic biotops in 30 % women and in 10 % examine women pathogenic biofops (without the sign of disease), the predomination of middle type of sexual constitution in 66 % and disharmony of sexual relations in 55 % inflammatory diseases of genital organs et 16,6 %. On the base of clinical-epydemiological and sociological investigations the complex of organized and curative prophylaxy mesuares for improvement of reproduction health the tate of healthy women of fertil age, inhabitants of industrial region Ukraine were worked out.
