Informative criteria of the forecast of development preeclampsia and infringements of state of a fetus are developed. For the first time features of qualitative structure of breast milk (insufficiency of poly nonsaturated fat acids) at women with this pathology are determined. The differentiated medicamental therapy for pregnant women and parturient women with hypertension was developed and proved to be efficient. Frequency of complications and prenatal pathologies has decreased in 2-3 times: preeclampsia (47,9 up to 30 %), infringement of a state of a fetus (67,4 up to 39,1 %), premature birth (36,3 and 16, 3 %).
