We have developed a technology of formation of thin films of magnetic semiconductors by the explosion vacuum method, which provides stochiometric composition of materials. Research of magnitoresistive effect at low temperatures showed the presence of an anomalous phenomenon of change of magnetic resistance for films with composition LaMnO3 (Mn|4+| - Mn|3+|) having the phase transition temperature of 250-270 K. Elektrophysical, thermophysical, magnetic and photo-electric properties of the grown films and heterostructures on their basis turn out to be dependent on the ratio of various valency manganese ions.
