The aim: investigation of solar-terrestrial connections and influence of geomagnetic activity on structure, dynamic and heat processes of ionospheric plasma of low ionosphere. The method of investigation: ground-based incoherent scatter method. The novelty: by means of incoherent scatter radar the unique data about lower ionosphere behavior. The features of ionosphere below main maximum in the region of predominance of molecular ions is investigated. Ionosphere reaction on geomagnetic disturbances was resumed. The device and methodic for ionospheric measurements in lower ionosphere was made. The efficiency of introduction: the experimental data essentially promote to solar-terrestrial connexions development and space and ground-based radio communication technology . The area (branch) of application: the fundamental investigations of solar-terrestrial connections and circumterrestrial environment; forward-looking technologies of information, the systems of communication and radio navigation.
