The methods of the film oxide nanophosphors fabrication on the basis of the modified RF-magnetron sputtering and crystallization of the multilayer systems have been developed. The growing processes conditioning the mechanism of the nanocrystallites formation were considered. The film oxide phosphors on the basis of ZnO have been obtained, the multilayer elements of film phosphors are developed, and their structural, optical and kinetic-luminescent characteristics have been studied.
