It allows to connect in search gears the structured information, which one is not processed yet by search robots of a network.Offered stages of federating DB of the corporate Web-site with STD for further organization of an information vertical Web-portal with STD. Are parsed by a DBMS and other program - technological means, which one will be used for support of the structured and unstructured information resources, and also is drawn a conclusion about sufficiency of usage postrelation DBMS Cache, which one supports HTML- and XML-скрипты and has capabilities of formation of SQL-inquiries, for usage as base for construction of the Web-portal. The levels of implementation of integration gears are reviewed at designing of a support system of information space on scientific - educational activity in Ukraine, and also levels of this integrating, which one will be realized on the concrete software. The gears of usage транзакционного BitMap - indexing are investigated at integrating resources in search gears of the full-text information, which one is not processed yet by search robots. The concept of design of the WWW - interface of the developed Web-site on STD with allowance for structural of static and dynamic pages on standard elements is reviewed, that enables to use object - oriented the approach. The designed WWW - interface is submitted as complex object integrating standard elements, conforming to the standardized procedures of the appeals to databases with the definite ordinal of mapping of elements of generated dynamic pages depending on operating and inquiries of the users. Each element of the interface responds СSР - class with the system of processing. Such representative СSР-classes 16 objects are secured. For integrating a system of the DB at semantic level the unitized class - rubricator STI is secured, that allows to integrate realization of processing of several DB STI simultaneously. The external DB, which one have no elements for the future integrated system metadata, are integrated in the WWW - interface at a level of static page with the help of the simple static links on URL of the conforming information resource. An example of such static links are links on databases "The Inventions of Ukraine" and "Internets - resources of Ukraine". The intrusion of designed gears of federating of electronic information resources in a unified system is carried out in a local Іtranet-network of the Electronic library UkrISTEI. The further gear of federating of electronic information resources is offered to be executed at the expense of an integration system ENSEMBLE of the corporation InterSystems Corp. (USA), which one allows at the expense of usage of the central server of federating to clock controls business - processes of miscellaneous intelligence systems and DB. The semantic federating of electronic information resources on scientific - technological activity will be kept on designed in the given research gears.
