Purpose of work: to study the peculiarities of clinico-pathogenetical disorders in patients with VD against the arterial hypertention and to work out treatment and prophylactic measures. The results of research gave us the possibilities to pick out the main diagnostic criteria of VD. It is the syndromocomplex of neurological, psychopathological disorders, structural changes, changes of extracranial arteries and cerebral blood. It was find out the main peculiarities of clinico-neurological disorders in patients with VD at arterial hypertention, the condition of cognitive function and peculiarities of arterial hypertention in this group of patients. The results of research gave us the possibility to pick out the main orders of treatment and prophylaxis of VD in patients with arterial hypertention. It was studied the efficiency such drugs as Gipril-A , Kandesar, Amiridin, Pramistar, Mexidol, Enelbin, Phezam, itwas elaborated the principle of treatment of depressive condition in patients with VD at arterial hypertension.
