The main word-building patterns of political vocabulary have been obtained, 4 groups and 23 lexical subgroups, 6 patterns of "izafet" nominal word combinations have been isolated and described, 4 groups of nominal word combinations have been determined according to the type of communication to the way of communication and to the structure, 5 types of nominal word combination according to the dependent component, the peculiarities of the communicative use of their components have been marked. Factual material consisting of idioms, phraseological unions, expressions and word combinations has been collected and systematized in the form of a phraseological dictionary. Methods of dialectologic material analysis have been determined and phonetic and lexicogrammatical peculiarities of the Crimean Tatar steppe dialect have been described.
