The result of this work is the technological foresight developed toolkit as the script analysis information platform, that represents a complex of the mathematical, program, logic and organizational-technical means and tools for the realization of whole process of the foresight on the basis of the interactive interaction of the man and specially created for this purpose software - hardware environment. The toolkit is realized as portal, which functioning in on-line mode, for the construction of the scenarios of the future for the industrial enterprises. The development toolkit may be used for the construction of the possible scenarios of the actual phenomena development in the future with the gole to realize the foresighting of the society development in the technological sphere, construction of the scenarios of the development of the large enterprises, some industrial branches and the development of the technological society policy.
