The aim of investigation - investigation of slow horizontal clinorotation influebce on the organization of apical and root meristems, changes of cell cycle parameters and proliferation activity, and mitotic index and quantity DNA in it, level of stress influence in the investigated cells due to presence of stress proteins (STP70) in the clinorotated seedlings. Methods of investigation - light, electron-transmission, electron-scanic, laser confocal microscopy. Cytophotometry. Electrophorese of summary proteins. Statistics. Meristematic cells of clinorotated pea seedlings characterized by maintaining structural geterogenity as well as sensually difference of in functional activity of meristematic zones. Under influence of slow horizontal clinorotation the volume of meristematic cells from peripheral zone of pea steam apex is decreased, partial volume of nuclea and plastids, volume of vacuole are increased. Nucleoids in the nuclea of cells in the peripheral zone of clinorotated seedlings meristems have small granular component, nucleoid vacuole content and characterized by low functional activity. In the cells of marginal meristems selected the difference of ratio of long and short chloroplasts and features of their high functional activity. Under clinorotated conditions in the nucleoids of merstematic cells in the pea root the number and localization of fibrilarin and nucleolins graines, localization of rDNA are changed. There are main proteins of processing of rRNA. Selected particulars of situation of actin elements of root meristematic cell under clinorotation presented new view on the mechanisms of meristematic cells gravisencity. Observed structural and functional changes of meristematic cells are able for proposed the next negative direction in cell specialization of investigated plants and developed the possible of correction of these changes in creation of space plant technologists. Low ciclins expression under clinorotation is main reason of low seeds germination and pea seedlings grow. Increase of mitotic index and proliferation activity of meristematic cells confirmed the stress stimulation of pea investigated seedlings development. The big difference in synthesis of summary pea seedlings proteins under clinorotation as in control did not observe.
