The application of the basic-centrical approach to the word-building determined the thorough correction of the methodology of the traditional word-building investigations and caused the establishment of the adequate specific unit of the word-building classification and description - the word-building paradigm. The theoretical statements of the investigation conceptual bases are approbated through the analysis of the word-building paradigms of nouns, adjectives and verbs.
