Prevalence of C.trachomatis infection was 23,07 ± 5,83 % in chronic uretritis, 15,0 ± 7,98% - urethroprostatitis and 14,28 ± 5,91 % - endocervicitis. In 40% of Reuter disease patients DNA of C.trachomatis was found in peripheral blood monocytes, it is evidence of haematogenic way of infection dissemination.
