In particular, they can be used for the investigation (characterization) of the radioactive waste. Among the advantages of CdZnTe detectors are: a wide oper-ating interval of photon energy and flux, high efficiency of the radiation registration and a satisfac-tory energy resolution without necessity of the detector deep cooling. The report presents the de-scription of three designs of detector units: wide-range X- and gamma-ray dosimeter, dosimeter for X- and gamma-ray dose-rate emergency monitoring, and X- and gamma-ray spectrometer. The specifications of these devices are presented. It is shown, how the energy dependence of sensitivity of dosimeter detectors can be essentially suppressed with the use of filters. For the spectrometer the effect of the loading intensity in the registration channel on the energy resolution is investigated. It is shown, that such device can be successfully used for the spectrometry of alpha-radiation. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
