The mechanisms of electronic transport of 2D free charge carriers in thin semiconductor layers and mechanisms of electronic transfer in semiconductor structures with quantum dots were researched. Spin-dependent generation-recombination processes in semiconductor structures were examined. The processes of electronic transport, the electrophysical and photoelectrical effects in semiconductor layered- and heterostructures were invest igated. Properties of surface-barrier structures with nanocrystalline dielectrical and semiconductor layers were examined; influence of external factors on the parameters of such structures and problems of sensor applications of these effects were investigated. Technology of fabrication has been designed and influence of electric and magnetic fields on the properties of thin films based on organic semiconductors was researched. The properties of anysotropical ferromagneticsas materials for magneto-mechanical transducers and magnetical storage of information were investigated.
